Hello everyone. The contest has now begun.
It will run from today, July 10th, until October 1st.

Theme
Based on your votes, the theme for this contest is Fairy Tales.
Choose a fairy tale and make an Art Nouveau style artwork based on it.

Please remember that Fairy tale and Fantasy isn't the same thing. For inspiration, you can check out this list of Fairy Tales.

Requirements for submissions
The deviation must be your own original work and submitted to deviantART after the 10th of July 2013.
The deviation must be submitted to artnouveau´s Contest folder before the end of the 1st of October 2013.
Deviations based closely on already existing visual artworks will not be accepted.
The copyright owner of all textures and stock used in the deviation must be mentioned and links provided directly to the resource in the deviation description. If textures or stock used are your own please make sure it is mentioned in the description.
Any media except literature is welcome.
It must be stated in the deviation description that it is made for this contest (with a link to either the group or this journal) and what fairy tale has been chosen. If the fairy tale is not very well known, please provide a short summery of it in the description or a link to such a summery (e.g. on Wikipedia).
Only one entry per contestant.
As usual, if the number of contestants hasn't reached ten by the time of the deadline, there will be a one month extension on the deadline.
